First off I took a few screenshots:
THM Safe Spot

The pebbles just underneath the map are what everyone means when they say pebbles. When someone tells you to stand on the pebble, stand roughly where I am in the screenshot instead, or a tad down. Much safer.
The "Rock"

See that crack like crap on the ground in front of me? that is what is referred to as the rock. They are located in many spots around the fire wall. The spot that is shown on the map is one of two of the most common safe spots.
And second, I was in a somewhat successful run with a slightly different strat:
Take the "THM Safe Spot" strat from several pages ago and add one more healer who will stand on the melee group and run toward the tank on jumps. Have one of the left or right healers focus only on the tank and nothing else, even risking their life if necessary. The other healer on either the left or right will be in charge of one buff (Sacred Prism / Stoneskin or Protect) when jumps occur and be the secondary healer, still focused on the tank. The third healer where the melee are will cover the other buff and heal/light nuke as necessary, taking care to conserve mana. When/if one of the side healers goes down the melee healer will run over and take that healing spot until the dead healer is raised.
The tank is still responsible for Second Wind, Cure and Aegis Boon on himself, but having an extra person watching him is helpful if tank death is an issue.
