We are planning on linking all three market wards together in 2.0! The reason behind not being able to link them earlier than that is due to the current system limitations.Rukkirii

We're planning on implementing a party search tutorial quest in version 2.0. The whole concept for when you take your first steps into Eorzea will be different than how it is currently. Everything will be a tutorial quest and easy to follow guide so players can learn easier and quicker.

I also passed along all of your feedback on how to make the party search UI easier to find. Thank you!~Rukkirii

I apologize for the late reply Eruantien! I was able to get a response from the dev. team about the good points that you brought up.

We first asked the dev. team if they would be able to allow cowls to attach both head and body materia. They let us know that this unfortunately wasn't a possibility with the system.

The question we followed up with was is if they could allow cowls to attach head materia instead of body materia and they said that they are looking into if it would be possible.Rukkirii

Hey gang, thanks for bringing this discussion up over here. While we can't promise a date of implementation, we are looking into separating items in the inventory into tabs (while maintaining the current shared inventory size). So for example (only) it might be something like "Gear" tab, "Materia" tab, "Consumables" tab (remember, just my own example ;)).

Some players were discussing having dark matter and catalysts appear in their own tabs, separate from the current inventory size, but there aren't any plans for that at the moment due to the fact that we aren't looking to increase inventory space.

However, in 2.0 we plan to introduce the following to help alleviate inventory congestion.

*Equipped gear will no longer take space from the inventory
*Dark matter grades will become upward compatible (for example: Grade 5 DM can repair anything that requires 1-5)
*Categorizing materia catalystsBayohne

Players were recently discussing the fact that the recent recipes list is often filled with the same recipe, just with dyeing variants and suggested things like not having them appear there at all. As such, Triary passed along the following information that I wanted to share here:

In regards to the number of crafting recipes saved in the recent recipes list, due to problems with saving that data, we’re not able to increase this number at the moment.

However, it is possible to make it so only dye recipes are not saved. We'll look into this along with whether or not we can implement a feature where you can select which recipes will be saved in your recent recipe list.Triary

As always, feel free to offer any feedback you may have on this topic!Bayohne

Greetings! The topic that Triary was replying to was one where players were requesting the devs to add in features in regards to inventory sorting. Here's his reply:

With the current inventory system structure, it’s not possible to manually move items inside of your inventory.

I am wondering if it will be possible to have automatic allocation of items in each of the 5x5 bags displayed for 2.0.

Yes, there will be multiple 5x5 bags in 2.0, and you will be able to freely allocate which items go into which bags. Additionally, you will be able to sort by categories within the 5x5 bags and manually rearrange them as you like.

To the topic of the thread itself, we'll take your feedback under consideration as usual. :)Rukkirii

You want it? You got it! /blowkiss will become a permanent emote! (However, it will disappear for a short time when the event ends but it will make its grand re-appearance in patch 1.21.)

/blowkiss <3Rukkirii

I'm making my grand appearance to let you know that we are in fact planning to release a video of the new raids.

I hope you all will look forward to it! ;)Rukkirii

Hello.

In version 2.0, we plan on revamping the system for the appearance of weather so that the weather itself has meaning behind it. Since there are limitations to what can be implemented in the game, it would be difficult to depict every aspect of nature realistically, but we will do our best to match the weather patterns with each area in conjunction with all of your feedback.

There are things we can and can’t implement, but if you have any ideas, please send them to us. :)Rukkirii

We’re aware that users are looking forward to additional ways to transfer items between characters on their own account while waiting for the delivery system planned for 2.0. Triairy spoke with Yoshida about this, and it turns out that it would be just as difficult to allow item transfers between characters on the same account as it is to implement the delivery system. However, he did say that he will look into possibilities like this.

We’ll be sure to share more details as we receive them!Rukkirii

Hello! We received some information about job-specific gear that I'd like to share with you.

It won’t be possible to attach materia to job-specific gear. Job-specific gear will feature stats that are better than gear that is craftable that have more than one materia attached. With that said, we will look into adding new gear in future patches that will have better stats than job- specific gear with multiple materia attached to them.

There was also a question about the reasoning for the job-specific gear being referred to as AF (or artifact gear). While the upcoming job-specific gear is a type of artifact gear, there are plans to have other types of artifact gear in the future, some of which won’t necessarily be job-specific.Rukkirii
