Guild Wars 2

Hey!

The headstart period for Guild Wars 2 will be starting next weekend, and I know a couple of LS members are going to try this game out, so I wanted to start a thread here so we can pick a server. That way we can stick together in case other members decide to try it out in the future!
Since the game is a one character-one class, I will also be putting up character names in case you want to try out multiple classes (I know I do…I'm not very familiar with the Guild Wars universe at all!).

By decree of the Senate which does not exist, our chosen server is Tarnished Coast. Write that down in your copybooks now.

Tarnished Coast is the unofficial RP server. So if you like RP servers there you go.

I probably will not be able to do headstart, but I will be playing my atheist catman at some point. Probably about a week after launch.

Yeah Niko when I saw some character creation videos I was like O_O too! I saw a vid where the guy was playing around with different ear types, and he found that you had different options depending on what type of ear you had. So if your ears looked like the budding plant, and you hit the ear tip slider, the bud would open up. But if you chose the wooden ears and hit the same slider it would change the angle of the ears! I find that pretty freaking sweet idk why ^.^;. Also the humans look pretty awesome too (which is rare), so I might make one for once! XD

For those deciding what race to go, here's a list of the racial skills:

You don't get all of them, only a small few if I recall correctly. You have to choose at creation.

Ty for the link ;). I know you have to answer some questions at the character creation.. is that how you learn your skills?

Oh and your thing appears like i edited it. <mistake> I pushed the wrong button lol yay me :D
