Anyways as some of you know I work in wine and beer, so i thought i'd give a nice little guide to what your mfing taste buds are missing as i sit at work and drink all day!!

But first

Anyways this right here is my favorite beer ever!

Smooth and dark, just like me, and at 12% alc. by volume one or two is enough put all but the most seasoned alcoholic on their ass!

And heres a review from Beer Advocate has a pretty nice score of 87: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/335/5428

I haven't tried Dragon's Milk before. I'll have to see if I can find some.

I admit I am not a huge beer fan, preferring sake and scotch, so I guess I don't know all that much about it compared to you guys. It always seems hard to find something that everyone can enjoy when bringing a six pack to a party, especially since I only know one other person who likes dark beer. These are my go to brews when I have to please other people:

Koshihikari Echigo
A very light vegi-ricey flavor. Not overpowering in any sense of the word and no lingering after flavor. A very clean, yellow beer. Beer snobs usually hate this one because of that, but a large majority of people I know appreciate the fact that you can eat almost anything with it. Even people who hate beer will usually ask for another pour. Snob stores overprice this one, so get it at an asian market if you want to try it.

Pike Kilt Lifter
A very flavorful local (at least for me) red. Makes for a decent "stand around while talking beer." The flavor doesn't pair well with every type of food, so you have to plan the meal ahead unless you are using it as a starter drink. It's easier to appease beer snobs with this one. Most people I know will have a bottle, but it is not everyone's thing.
