Like Arcell's Thread, but JP ONRY! Only posting new stuff, so catch all the old stuff here. There are going to be a lot to start off, b/c Reinheart took a break over Christmas!

There are some I'm not posting, because our reps also answered them or I felt them not crucially important (or they're really long), but feel free to go to the translations yourself!

12/27/11 No dyed gear for job specific equipment (Foxclon)

This thread was asking if there will be color variations/dying for job specific gear (like AF from FFXI) and basically rep says there are no plans for dying at the moment and also no plans in the future.

Two reasons for that
1. Idea of dying is for crafted gear/items only
2. Job specific gear is for making jobs image stand out, so the color has to match the image.

However we can't promise currently but later there will be a possibility that there will be a job specific gear with different color as a new item. Please look forward to that and leave any feedbacks.

12/28/11 Normal mode / Hard Mode for end game contents (Triary)

Please asking to have an option to choose to have normal/hard mode for end game contents like for Totorak having a hard mode or Hyper Ifreet Extra mode.

They are working towards releasing a new structure in 2.0 which you can change the difficulty and when releasing they will change the rewards depending on the difficulty.

12/28/11 Dying weapons (Mocchi)

Per Mocchi current system there isn't any graphic data with different color variation of the weapon so it can't be implemented but with 2.0 they are working/looking into making this possible so if you have any feedbacks/comments/suggestions they would like to hear from you all. And Mocchi says Have a Happy New Year!

12/28/11 Magic Accuracy & Enfeebling Magic Potency (Mocchi)

Poice: Does Sleep or Repose effectivness be affected by PIE - Enfeebling Magic Potency? This is really important for crowd controllers so wanted to check. Also if it was affected by enfeebling magic potency that means Dark Seal > Sleep is useless right?

Rep: Magic such as Sleep/Repose's effect is affected by Magic Accuracy and for additional effects from such as Aura Pulse with Additional "Slow" effect WS's enfeebling effect is affected by Enfeebling Magic Potency. For that Reason "Dark Seal > Sleep" is correctly being affected by Dark Seals effect.

Silvano note: So, like we've already found in-game I believe, the additional effect from thunder/blizzard/fire are the Enfeebling Magic Potency

01/04/12 Moogle Nut / Totem drop rate (Triairy)

Happy New Year everyone,
Looking forward to being together this year also (Reinheart: hard to translate this part lol, yoroshiku isn't really commonly used in English community so dunno how to explain this one… anyways)

The drop rate for the moogle nut or the totem isn't that low but we have received voice that it's really hard to obtain.

For these two drop rate we are looking into adjusting, but if we increase the drop rate there may be situation where some will say they can't obtain! so we are looking into making the drop rate 100% and lessening the amount you can obtain at once (Reinheart: per round)

For recipe we are planning so you can check the recipe in-game in 2.0, until then we're sorry to inconvenience you but please use the recipe page on The Lodestone. (As mentioned previously we will make the display and usability of the page better)

01/04/12 Magitek Armor info~ (Mocchi)

Hello,

Reported the info Gunther gathered with all the suggestions, requests, questions to YoshiP he grinned and gave us some info.

Current plans is that Magitek Armor involves Empire and can be obtained from quest with high difficulty, wont be that easy to obtain.

For customizing magitek armor looking into it so there wont be too much different in stats from customization.

Once I get more update will let you know so please look forward to it !

01/05/12 Be able to check what sold from retainer bazaar (Triary)

Good evening,

Before 2.0 wish it's possible to talk to the retainer and retainer telling us what item was sold and the price it was sold at. I'm happy there are new variations/color for items but I sometimes forget what I put up on bazaar
After 2.0 would be nice if there is some kind of mail that tells you your item sold in real time!Originally Posted by Tamagotch

For both it will be addressed in 2.0

Also for the 2nd part about mail there will be a retainer icon in the new 2.0 UI which displays when items are sold. Also when you click on the icon we're planning to show more information on what items sold as well.
