From what I've gathered the primal fights are for dark matter and weapons. So Aurum Vale and Cutter's Cry are for armor?

Primal fights are for Primal weapons. Dungeons are for any miscellaneous other gear that they want to throw at us. There's a good amount of armor in there but there's also accessories and weapons.

I used to have links to the raids and they're drops, but 'tis gone now.

So, for toto-rak, dzemael, ifrit, moogle, you can see the drops by going to DKP -> Events -> select the event.
