The March schedule has been posted. Please be aware that there will be some flexibility and wiggle room for this month as we know the huge upcoming patch is supposed to be coming out at the beginning of the month.

We will be going after a Beastmen NM in an attempt to get some Sentinel Cuirass's. We need as MANY people as possible for this event, preferably 2 full parties.

We have scheduled two nights for exploration of new content. This may include new dungeons, job questing, JSE questing, or other fun new stuff dependent upon how much we need to rely on one another to obtain all the fun new stuff SE has planned!

We also intend to keep Ifrit consistent through the schedule. We are close to beating him and want to keep fresh as we move forward. I know he is getting a bit frustrating for us, but we have quality players that are capable of beating this fight, the bad luck has to stop soon and I refuse to give in.

Finally, regarding the schedule, we will be farming the items to attempt the Good King Moogle Mog fight for the first time. This is exciting! You guys asked for it and I hope we show up in droves to take down the cuddly little fellow.

Beyond the schedule, I want to discuss the possibility of re-shelling after the server merge toward the end of the month. What are everyone's thoughts on this? Should we wait longer? Should be plan to re-shell as soon as we merge? Let me know what you think.

Even farther, what are your thought's on Prestige and it's involvement in your gaming? What do we need to do better? What do we do well currently? Should we change to a stricter membership process, or remain mid-core with an open door?

In closing, Sleven Sporks. /rally.

I think we're fine right now on how we do things. We can have an open door all we want, but there might come a time when we limit events. Not sure how to handle that without upsetting some though.

As for re-shell, it's all good. As long as it's with you guys, it doesn't matter what we're called.

I am down for a reshell. It has been a while and if anyone who misses it comes back it isn't hard to slap them an invite.

As for Prestige, this is the first casual group I have ever been in for an MMO and I have to say I am really enjoying myself. That said, if you guys want to make it more strict I am cool with that. Just wanted to mention that this is the most fun I have had in an MMO in a long while.

Schedule looks awesome :)

I haven't been in the LS that long, so I guess I don't have much of a say in terms of recruitment, but I do think you have to remain sufficiently open so you can still have enough bodies around to do stuff in case some people leave, etc.
I don't think planning would be so horrible with a few more members; for example if you're doing a DH run, you can always do two runs with different people on it.

The LS is doing awesome right now ^^ I have a lot of fun with you guys. This game is really freaking boring without people to talk to lol.

Reshelling is a good idea, clear out some of the dead weight that's never coming back, very good to do if you have an open door policy, it makes way for new members.

As for the other stuff, it really sucks that large scale PVE hasn't been added yet and that events are usually groups of 8, on things like Ifrit runs and DH we'd have to start rotating or going in multiple groups. Granted we do have enough leadership that knows what they are doing so that's a viable option.

I'm with all those who spoke before me, if it ain't broke don't fix it, the open door policy works, and were having fun (metric shit tons of it) right now doing things the way we are. That being said, I'm all for growth later down the line!

Honestly I think the one thing that would really make a difference is getting more people on the site/forums here. If they're not on the site/forums then they're definitely not looking at the calender and they don't know about events.
